Purchasing carpet for our home was a very big deal for us. Our carpet was 26 yrs. old and had served us well. It was... difficult to find a carpet at many places due to lack of interest by the sellers. When we found Lange and worked with Nathan we were pleasantly surprised by the concern that we find what we wanted. Long story short; Lange's carpet installers came in May and their level of professionalism was excellent. I am so glad we purchased our lovely new carpet at Lange's. Keep up the good work guys!! UPDATE: I was not informed that there was a one-hour time window for a sales rep to show up. In addition, I did check... my spam folder and there’s nothing from Lange. The quote was never sent to me. Lange had my contact information and we had spoken on the phone, so that would have been another way to reach me if the sales rep really wanted to make a sale.Salesperson was about an hour late for our consultation. Never even acknowledged this.Never sent my estimate as promised…it’s been a couple of weeks so I know it’s not coming. I therefore decided to go with another company.read more
