In our experience, depending on the type of carpet flooring, you should expect an average 12’ x 12’ room could range from $350.00 to $700.00 and up. This estimate includes pad, installation, and tear-out.

A small deposit is requested to secure your time slot for the floor measure. The deposit will be credited back to you on your flooring installation fee from Lange Flooring Center.

With few exceptions, we can include the cost of moving your furniture in the quote. Keep in mind that to get a proper stretch on the carpet flooring, it is necessary to remove all furniture from the room.

In-stock, do-it-yourself flooring products may be taken home the same day you purchase them. Special orders average about two weeks. On a larger installation project, it is recommended to allow three to four weeks to include measuring your floor(s), quoting, shipping, and installation time.

Typically, your room(s) can be measured during normal business hours – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If these days or times will not work for you, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule for an accurate flooring measure.
